We are pleased to be able to confirm the signings of Tom Berwick and Louis Harris in time for today's game against Biggleswade Town.

Tom is a prolific goalscorer who made his name with Daventry Town, scoring 52 goals when they romped away with the United Counties League championship in 2009/10.

This form earned him a move to Nuneaton Town in the summer of 2010 but he didn’t make a competitive appearance for them, with manager Kevin Wilkin admitting that due to the form of the club’s other strikers he wasn’t given a fair crack of the whip.

Tom was loaned back to Daventry early in 2010/11 and when he was released by Nuneaton in October 2010 he signed a permanent deal with his former club.

A pacey and direct striker, he scored another 30 goals for Daventry that season and was snapped up by Leamington during the summer of 2011. He scored 3 goals in 21 appearances early in 2011/12, but in December 2011 switched to Redditch United.

Tom only scored a couple of goals during his spell with Redditch, however, and he ended the season back at Daventry Town. In the summer of 2012 he began a second spell with Leamington and was in good form early in the season, scoring 10 goals in 30 games before being side-lined with a shoulder injury. When back to full fitness he signed for Stratford Town on a short term loan deal in March 2013.

Tom signed for Corby Town in June 2013, before moving on for a brief spell at Hemel Hempstead Town in December 2013.

Louis Harris is a product of Wolverhampton Wanderers' academy, with whom he signed a professional contract in 2011.

In March 2012 he moved on loan to League One side Notts County for the remainder of the season, making his professional debut the same month in a goalless draw at Scunthorpe United.

In summer 2012 Wolves announced that his contract would not be renewed, allowing Harris to join League Two side AFC Wimbledon. Harris made seven league appearances for the South London club before being released in May 2013.

Louis went on to join Conference side Tamworth on trial in July last summer, before joining the Staffs outfit on a permanent basis in time for the start of this season.

We would like to welcome both Tom and Louis to Amblecote and we hope they enjoy long, happy and successful spells with Stourbridge.
