Kate Kendall, a long-time Glassboys supporter, is participating in the the Great North Run on Sunday 11th September to raise funds in memory of her Grandmother, who passed away in 2013 after spending her last few days under the wonderful care of the staff and volunteers at the Hospice.

Kate told us this morning, "I am overwhelmed by the generosity of all the fans and everyone's support has definitely given me a boost ahead of the Great North Run. The money raised has helped me reach the target I initially set myself, and it will contribute massively to helping Mary Stevens Hospice continue to offer such wonderful care."
