As a player, Mark was a strong central defender who enjoyed a long and distinguished career in local non-league football with Stourport Swifts, Dudley Town, Redditch United, Blakenall, Bilston Town, Evesham United and Bromsgrove Rovers before moving into coaching. He followed Gary and Jon to Stourbridge in 2003 before leaving us in the autumn of 2005 to take up a coaching position with the Birmingham City academy. Mark re-joined us in time for the 2007-08 season and has since played an important role in our on-field progress.
