This Tuesday we head to Banbury United. No coach will be running, but we hope many of you will travel by car or train to the game. (READ ON)

It’s a straightforward 1 hour run down the M40 by car or you can also make the journey by train from Stourbridge. The ground address is Station Approach, Banbury OX16 5AB. (This is a driveway to the side of the Railway Station car park and entrance, which leads up to the ground past factory units).

There is a train from Stourbridge Junction to Leamington Spa which departs at 17.05 pm and you can change at Warwick Parkway or Leamington Spa for an onward train to Banbury.

There is also a later train at 17.37 pm from Stourbridge Junction and you then change at Birmingham Snow Hill for the Chiltern Railway service to Banbury, which gets into Banbury at 19.10 pm.

On leaving the station entrance, walk across the car park and then turn left and walk up Station Approach past the factory units to the ground, which lies parallel to the railway line.
The ground is less than a ten minute walk from the station.

If paying to travel on the day, please be aware that you can get a Network West Midlands Daytripper Plus ticket to cover your journey as far as Leamington Spa to save some money.

There is a direct Chiltern Railways train from Banbury to Stourbridge Junction (through Snow Hill) at 22.14 pm which arrives back in Stourbridge at 23.49 pm where the services terminates. There are also earlier trains that run from Banbury into Birmingham New Street.
