The Glassboys warm-up programme for the upcoming season sees several notable matches lined up.

There will be two home games at the War Memorial Ground, including the visit of Birmingham City's Under 23 squad, a fixture agreed as part of the deal which saw Dan Scarr join the Sky Bet Championship outfit in January, whilst Southern League Premier Division Redditch United will also provide Amblecote opposition.

There will be away games at Stourport Swifts, Alvechurch and Sporting Khalsa (who play at Willenhall Town's former Noose Lane home), whilst the final pre-season match on Saturday 5th August brings an intriguing meeting with Hereford FC at Edgar Street. The Bulls have risen to the Southern League Premier Division on the back of winning both the Midland Football League Premier Division and the Southern League South & West Division in consecutive seasons since they were formed out of the ashes of Hereford United, and are no doubt aiming for a hat-trick of title triumphs this season.

For supporters who are not already aware, we have opted not to enter the 2017/18 Worcestershire Senior Cup, which is again being held in pre-season.

Details of admission prices for the two home matches will be confirmed in due course, as well as any important information relating to the other games.

The Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division season kicks off on Saturday 12th August and fixtures are expected to be released by the League on July 13th.
