Stour gained their first points of the season with an impressive 3-0 win over previously undefeated Worcester City.
With both teams playing good possession football, Stour proved to be the better side thanks to Walker and Doyle controlling the midfield throughout and taking chances offered. The defence offered very little opportunity to Worcester with Watts and Whitehouse being very solid at the heart of it.
Evans gave Stour a first half lead and Hall increased it just after the interval. Evans then scored his second and Stour's third to put the match out of reach for the visitors.
An excellent performance which bodes well for the rest of the season.
The race for the title, even at this early stage. appears to becoming a very tight affair as all teams have lost a match within the first 4 fixtures.
