In August 2021, Andy Pountney, the Chairman of Stourbridge, invited the Reverend Calum Burke, Curate of Top Church Dudley, to become the Club's first chaplain. This invitation came about because of Calum’s long-term support of the club and Andy’s desire to embed a positive and caring culture in and around the club.

Top Church Dudley is situated on Dudley High Street and is a parish church within the Church of England Diocese of Worcester. Top Church has a vision to be a thriving Anglican Church that blesses the people and organisations of Dudley Metropolitan Borough.

Calum is a season ticket holder and is a regular at the War Memorial Athletic Ground. We are thankful to Top Church and to the Bishop of Dudley for supporting this exciting venture, and we are sure that the role of a chaplain at Stourbridge FC will be beneficial to all involved in our club.

From my very first visit to the War Memorial Athletic Ground in 2018, I knew Stourbridge was a special club and a wonderful community.
