Drew first joined the club in July 2008 and made 416 appearances, scoring 48 times, during a near nine-and-a-half year stint under Gary Hackett's management. He featured in many of our memorable FA Cup contests during his spell here.

The 2017/18 season saw him have a spell on dual registration with Stourport Swifts before he moved on to then Midland League Premier side Bromsgrove Sporting in December 2017. He subsequently linked up with Stourport Swifts again in the summer of 2018 and he has spent much of his playing career since with the Worcestershire club, chalking up over 200 appearances in the process.

The 36-year-old is also the senior operations manager for the Aston Villa Foundation, which does outstanding work in the community,
