We are pleased to announce that GAVIN BLACKWELL has agreed to join the Club as our new Football Physio.

Gavin has been involved in the game for over 30 years and has shown great dedication during that time as the physio for a handful of local non-league clubs, most notably Halesowen Town, but also Oldbury United, Tividale and Hednesford Town, as well as assisting the Wolves academy and WBA reserves.

Longer standing Glassboys fans will recall that Gavin was our physio during our Midland Football Alliance days while Joe Jackson was manager, first linking up with the club in December 2001.

Two memorable title successes followed before Joe left in the summer of 2003, but at that stage the club were not allowed promotion from step 5 due to the ground grading rules in place at the time.

Gavin takes over from Paul Millward who has decided to step down from the role.

Welcome back Gavin!
