The 28 year old has been training with the first team and holding talks with Mark Yates since the players returned for their pre-season schedule earlier this month.

Upon signing Brown, the Stour boss admitted he was delighted that Jordaan has agreed to remain in the Black Country for a further season.

"I'm delighted that we've got this one over the line and that Jordaan will be staying with us next season - it's a big signing for us," he said.

"He's demonstrated over a period of time just how important he is for the club, and I'm looking forward to working with him in the upcoming campaign."
