He linked up with us prior to the derby match at Halesowen where he made his debut. He had featured for the Sky Blues against us in their win here in the Birmingham Senior Cup in January.

Ryan started out in the academy system at Derby County having been at the Rams since the age of 11 before making the switch to Brighton & Hove Albion in November 2021 after already impressing for England U15’s. He featured for the U18’s and U21’s with the Seagulls before being released in early 2024. He subsequently signed for Coventry City in March 2024 after a successful trial with the Championship club, agreeing a deal until the end of this season.

He joined Rushall Olympic on loan in December 2024 before returning to the Sky Blues fold the following month.
