Supporting the 150 Club monthly draw is a great way to help the Club out at the moment.

For £5.00 per month you will be allocated a number and have the opportunity to compete in our monthly draw. If you want more than one number, just enter the amount of money you would like to pay and we will allocate your numbers accordingly.

Complete and return it to Neil Smith via accounts@stourbridgefc.com or post your form to Stourbridge FC Ltd c/o 15-17 Church Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY8 1LU and you will be entered into the following month's draw.
