Matthew joins the Club with an extensive background in grassroots football, combined with significant senior leadership experience across education, training and commercial development.

A proud Stourbridge resident, Matthew brings not only a passion for football but also a strong understanding of the local community and the opportunities that exist to further strengthen the Academy’s role both within the Club and across the town.

The appointment reflects the Club’s ambition to continue developing a modern Academy that provides high-quality football, education and progression opportunities for young people, whilst building even stronger partnerships with schools, colleges, employers and the wider community.
