The teams couldn't be separated throughout a goalless 90 minutes, and with the tie going straight to spot kicks Stour managed to convert all four of theirs whilst Jon Flatt, signed on emergency loan to cover for the absence of both Charlie Price and Lewis Solly, saved twice to become an instant Glassboys hero!

Tyler Lyttle, Callum Rowe and Alex Prosser were all successful with their penalties, and Flatt's second save gave Darryl Knights - making his 99th appearance for the Club - the opportunity to seal the win, which he gleefully took!

It's a fifth triumph in the competition for the Glassboys, and a second in six seasons after previously lifting the Cup in 2018.
