We would firstly like to thank our season and flexi season ticket holders for their patience whilst the Club were awaiting final clarification on the outcome of the 2020/21 campaign and with confirmation of the season curtailment, we are now able to advise the following -

Stourbridge were one of only two clubs in our division to fulfil five home league fixtures during September/October 2020 and this, along with the Club's own financial projections for next season, has been factored in by the Board of Directors when finalising prices for the next campaign.

FULL SEASON TICKET HOLDERS - RENEWALS ONLY
(Please scroll down further if you were a 2020/21 flexi-ticket holder)

We can confirm that considerably reduced prices for the 2021/22 season are now available to all our existing full season ticket holders upon renewal.

Full season ticket prices for 2021/22 are as follows - with the price for 2020/21 season ticket holders renewing shown in brackets

ADULTS - £180 (RENEWALS £40)
OAP's (65 and over) - £130 (RENEWALS £30)
JUNIORS 12/17 years of age - £95 (RENEWALS £25)
JUNIORS U12 - £30 (RENEWALS - Free)

If you had a full 2020/21 season ticket, please go into the Kaizen ticket system via https://stourbridgefc.ktckts.com/ or 'BOOK YOUR TICKETS via the Stourbridge FC official website home page.

Login to your existing account at the top right of the ticket page to proceed to make your renewal. Select the season ticket type you are renewing, scroll down and click ADD TO CART.

IMPORTANT - Please have your account number handy (begins SBG) and those of others you are purchasing on behalf of in order to check against on the system These can be found on the 2020/21 season ticket(s) previously issued. This is particularly important if you are renewing for another family member or friend as you will need their SBG account number to ensure the reduced rates due are correctly applied and assigned to the right person. Please use the existing accounts set up on the system. Do not open a new account as this just duplicates information.

If your name and SBG number are displayed correctly in 'assign attendees' you can go straight to 'confirm and pay' rather than 'edit details'

To make changes in 'assign attendees' click on 'edit details' and then enter the SBG account number and correct name where prompted in 'add details'. Once you have assigned the right names against the relevant price and clicked 'CONFIRM & PAY' the correct prices will be displayed before you enter your payment details. (Click on 'remove' if you have made a mistake).

As a new season ticket turnstile pass will be issued for 2021/22, we kindly request that renewals are made before August 1st so that your new card can be produced in time for the first home league game.

All season ticket renewals will be verified after purchase against our 2020/21 records.

NEW APPLICATIONS ONLY

Any supporters who were not season tickets holders in 2020/21 but would like to take one out for the new season are welcome to apply at full rates (adults £180, OAP's £130, juniors 12-17 £95 and under 12's £30) and make a payment through their debit or credit card.

If you have previously used our ticket site to purchase match tickets, you will already have an account set up and you can login through that to make your purchase. Please avoid setting up a new account unless you have never previously used our ticket system.

Cards for full season ticket holders are issued at the start of the season but you will receive an acknowledgement of payment via email shortly after making your purchase.

FLEXI-SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

If you were a 2020/21 flexi-ticket holder, you do not need to do anything! You will be able to book tickets on the ticket site ahead of games as you did last season until you reach the total of 12 tickets ordered and allocated.

Our studies suggest that most flexi-season ticket holders ordered 4 or 5 tickets out of their allocation of 12 during September/October 2020 and in these cases you have 7 or 8 tickets remaining. A handful of supporters did reach double figures by also ordering for friends and family. In this case the flexi-ticket holders concerned may need to purchase a new flexi-ticket for 2021/22 as they will most likely use up their remaining tickets quickly.

New flexi-season tickets for the 2021/22 campaign can be purchased at the following prices -

ADULTS - £110
OAP's (65 and over) - £80
JUNIORS 12/17 years of age - £60
JUNIORS U12 - £20

Please note that a 'physical' card is not provided for flexi-season ticket holders. You must go on the ticket site ahead of each league game you wish to attend to book your match ticket.

OTHER INFORMATION

To help those supporters who aren't accustomed to using computers and making online purchases, we'll be announcing a few dates over the summer when supporters can call in and see a staff member to sort out their new ticket.
