Tickets are now on online sale for Saturday's home league game with ST IVES TOWN through our ticket portal.

Tickets for the league match between Stourbridge and St Ives Town Town on Saturday, 21st August (kick-off 3 pm) are now on sale to supporters.

Tickets purchased online for Stourbridge FC home league matches in 2021/22 are priced as follows –
ADULTS - £11
OAP’s (65 and over) - £8
JUNIORS (aged 12-17 years) - £6
UNDER 12’s - £2 (must be accompanied by a paying adult)

*Tickets can be purchased by cash on a matchday at the Ticket Office without prior booking through the Kaizen Ticketing system, however these will be subject to an additional £1 charge across the top three categories (£12/£9/£7 respectively).

Online sales will be available until kick-off at home matchdays to offer supporters every opportunity to purchase before they arrive at the ground and avoid the possibility of queueing up at the ticket office, so you can even book online on Saturday lunchtime and get your tickets in time for the game!

The link to the ticket portal is https://stourbridgefc.ktckts.com

First time purchasers are advised to set up an account first and then go on to book their tickets.

Spectators who purchased season tickets, flexi tickets and match tickets via the ticket portal last September and October will have an account set-up already that they can login to and then click on the 'match tickets' box. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it.

Purchasing match tickets via the portal takes a couple of minutes once your account is set-up, with e-tickets delivered in PDF format via email, which you can either print off and download to your smartphone for scanning at the turnstiles.

If supporters don't have access to a printer or own a smartphone, they will still be able to buy online and obtain it through their order reference number at the matchday booth. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased in person by calling into the ground on Friday between 1 and 2 pm.

If you attempt to login to your account via a mobile phone, please be aware that sometimes the first character is turned to a capital letter on your phone and this may stop you from being able to login without correcting it.

If purchasing a ticket on the site on behalf of another family member etc. please after clicking on ASSIGN ATTENDEES, then on the main ASSIGN ATTENDEES page, click on EDIT DETAILS or ADD DETAILS to provide the name of the person using the relative priced ticket in the next sub screen (note that here an account number and D.O.B is not mandatory). Just click in the FIRST NAME box to make the change.

Once you're happy with this, click on CONFIRM & PAY where you will have one final chance to check everything is in order before making your credit or debit card payment.

After completing your order/purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email, quickly followed by the tickets on a separate e-mail as a PDF attachment, both sent from BOX OFFICE. Either print the tickets off or download the match tickets PDF to your smartphone.

FLEXI-SEASON TICKET HOLDERS/CORPORATE 15/20/30 TICKET PACKAGE HOLDERS - To gain access, login to your account on the ticket portal (re-set your password if you cannot remember it) and go into match tickets, then the appropriate game and scroll down the page to find the appropriate flexi-ticket band showing £0 value. Select the number of tickets required from your original allocation, add them to your cart and then follow the process through as outlined above.

As with last season, digital ticket scanners will be implemented at the turnstile entrances to provide fans with a quick and efficient cash-less access to the venue.

NOTE - On matchday, to stop people printing more than one copy of their downloaded e-ticket, only the first scan of the QR code on the e-ticket will permit entry at the turnstile and any further scans will be denied entry as duplicates.

PLEASE NOTE -

You should receive your tickets within 20 minutes of booking, at most. It is not uncommon for emails to get held up in a queue or diverted to a junk folder, so be sure to check those. Please also check that the email address set up on your account is correctly entered!

Delays can sometimes occur with Microsoft based accounts - i.e. hotmail.com, outlook.com and live.co.uk email addresses. Adding the delivery email address noreply@ktckts.com to your contacts will help email servers to see that the email is coming from a known source.

etickets are delivered in a PDF file in the ticket delivery email. If you are unable to open the attachment, download Adobe Acrobat Reader and you will be able to open the file.
