MARY STEVENS HOSPICE CHARITY FOOTBALL DAY – THIS SUNDAY AFTERNOON
A team of legends from Stourbridge Football Club, Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Bromwich Albion will play for the Jane Webb Memorial Trophy as the highlight of this fundraiser event for Mary Stevens Hospice.
These football legends will form two teams: Stourbridge Old Boys and West Midlands All Stars. Amongst those expected to play for the All Stars are George Boateng, Lee Baker, Peter Gilbert, Boaz Myhill, Dele Adebola and Jamie Ward.
Gates open at 12 noon. There is a mascot race at 1pm and the charity football match will kick off at 2pm.
The Glassboys Bar will be open and there will be various stalls operating to support their fundraising efforts.
Tickets are priced at £5 for adults, senior citizens and juniors aged 13 and over, while children aged 12 and under will be admitted for FREE with a valid ticket. Tickets are on sale from our online portal until 10 am on Sunday morning and you will also be able to pay by cash at the gate on Sunday afternoon.
