The Glassboys enjoyed a 5 - 0 win at the same venue back in August when beating Dudley Town in the FA Cup 1st Qualifying Round, but a stiffer test is expected on Tuesday night against a Khalsa side buoyed by an excellent 2 - 0 victory away to Barwell in the FA Trophy on Saturday.
After a slowish start to the current campaign, Sporting Khalsa have now climbed to 3rd place in the NPL Division 1 Midlands with 26 points amassed from 11 league games on the back of a nine game winning streak in all competitions that also saw them knock out Harborough Town in an earlier round of the FA Trophy.
If scores are level after 90 minutes, the tie will be settled with a penalty shootout.
