Stourbridge have drafted in Callum Rowe and Ethan Vaughan to bolster the squad ahead of a very busy month of fixtures.

ETHAN VAUGHAN joins us on a 28-day loan from National League outfit Solihull Moors. He is comfortable playing at left-back or right-back and likes to get forward when he can.

The 19-year-old Welshman started out with Cardiff City in their academy set-up, having joined at the age of six, but was released in 2021.

He signed for Solihull Moors in early August 2022, however he has found his opportunities limited there and is seeking more game time.

Left-back or midfielder CALLUM ROWE has linked up with us following his recent departure from Hereford FC.

The 23-year-old from Leicester progressed through the ranks at Aston Villa and played for Aston Villa U23s in the EFL Trophy before being thrust into the spotlight briefly in early January 2021 when a large number of Aston Villa first team players and staff tested positive for covid-19 and under covid rules at the time, Villa's first team squad was rendered unavailable for their televised FA Cup 3rd Round tie against Liverpool at Villa Park. This meant call-ups for many of Villa's U18s and U23's in order to fulfil the tie. Callum went on to provide an assist for Louie Barry's goal as the Villa youngsters performed with great credit in a 4- 1 loss.

A week or so later Callum joined Hereford FC on loan for the remainder of the season, however the National League North season was ended early in mid-February 2021 and declared null and void. The FA Trophy competition continued though with the Bulls reaching the Final at Wembley before losing to Hornchurch, however Callum was not involved.

He was released by Aston Villa that summer and subsequently signed for Exeter City where he began to feature more in midfield. In November 2021 he joined Chippenham Town on loan and was again loaned out in late January 2022 to Bath City for the remainder of the season.

He was freed at the end of the 2021/22 season and after spending time on trial at Dundee, he eventually joined Yeovil Town on a short-term deal in August 2022. He left the Somerset outfit in November 2022 at the expiry of his deal and then had a very brief spell at Salisbury City before linking up again with Hereford FC later in November. He departed the Bulls in January 2023 though after being unable to secure a regular start with the National League North club.

Welcome to both Callum and Ethan!
