Dan first joined Stourbridge in 2014, having coached in Nevada and California prior to that. He initially working with the Under 14 boys before becoming part of the Glassgirls set up a year later until the spring of 2020, whilst also working as an Academy Scout for Everton between 2016 and 2018.A UEFA 'B' qualified coach, Dan took a break from football during the pandemic but returned to Stourbridge ahead of the 2022-23 season to rejoin the Women's section.
