Roger was the Stourbridge FC Club Secretary for around nine years before being succeeded into the role by our current club president Hugh Clark in 1984.

He later took on a more expansive role at Kidderminster Harriers, fulfilling a variety of roles as well as the secretary's position during his time at Aggborough until around 2010.

Roger was also a vice-president of the Midland Floodlit Youth League and a familiar figure in local non-league circles for many years.
