Stourbridge had already twice hit the post through Drew Canavan - from a free-kick - and Kayelden Brown before Brown headed home from a Canavan free-kick on 29 minutes to open the scoring. Before that the Glassboys were also grateful for a fine double save from Dean Coleman to twice deny Evan Garnett. Gary Hackett's men then doubled their lead on the stroke of half-time with Jordan Fitzpatrick tucking away a 20-yard shot following a strong run from Brown.
Early in the second period, Coleman was called into action again with another fine save from Garnett, but after that the visitors held sway with Kristian Ramsey-Dickson burying a rising shot at the far post following a Canavan corner and Canavan, himself, completing the victory fifteen minutes from time with an excellent curling effort from 20 yards out into the far top corner of the net.
