Gary Hackett has continued to reshape his squad with three new signings whilst Josh Green has left the Club.

Returning to Stour is attacker Chris Lait and Hackett has also strengthened with the addition of forward Edilson Antonio and loan signing of young keeper Harry Beasley.

Chris will need no introduction to Glassboys supporters. He joined us in early 2015 and went on to make 98 appearances for the Club, scoring 22 goals.

He was a big part of last season’s FA Cup adventure but his involvement later in the campaign was restricted by injury and illness.

Chris joined National League side Solihull Moors in the summer but he is yet to make a League appearance for them as he recovers from an operation. He joins us on loan until March 3rd.

Edilson may be a familiar name to some Stour fans as the 22-year-old scored against us in the FA Cup earlier this season for Loughborough Dynamo who play one division below us.

Angolan born Edilson, who has scored three times for Dynamo this season, has also previously played for Cheltenham Town, Rushall Olympic and Coalville.

The third arrival, Harry, is originally from Essex and has previously been on the books of Arsenal and Southend United.

The 19-year-old joined Wolves in early 2016 and has played for both their U18 and U23 sides. The highly-rated stopper arrives at Stour on loan until March 3rd to cover for Matt Gould who is carrying an injury.

Meanwhile, leaving the Club is utility player Josh Green who has rejoined Sutton Coldfield Town. Josh joined Stour 12 months ago and he has made a total of 31 appearances this season with 14 of those coming off the bench. He also chipped in with two goals.

In total, Josh made 46 appearances for the Glassboys and scored twice. A fan favourite at Amblecote, we'd like to thank Josh for his efforts in a Stour shirt and wish him well for the future.

We’d also like to welcome Chris, Harry and Edilson to Stour!
