A second 4-0 away win in the space of four days saw the Glassboys move up to sixth in the Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division.

Two goals each for Luke Benbow and Jordan Archer were more than enough to see off the home side on a cold, damp and misty evening in Derbyshire, as the Glassboys made it ten goals scored and none conceded in three games since the FA Cup exit at Wycombe.

Benbow netted the first on 14 minutes, sweeping the ball home after a flowing move involving Darryl Westlake and Kayelden Brown had led to Tom Tonks's shot being saved, and Archer doubled the lead with 26 minutes played when a Tonks corner was headed back across goal by Stuart Pierpoint for Jack Duggan to help the ball on and Archer to finish.

Any thoughts of a comeback from Sports after the interval were quickly squashed as Archer curled the ball home following a shot from Matt Dodd that was blocked, with Benbow then adding a fourth just three minutes later direct from a free kick five yards outside the Mickleover penalty area.

The win means the Glassboys are now unbeaten in eleven Premier Division matches, and are now outside the play-offs only on goal difference.

STOURBRIDGE LINE-UP: Gould, Green, Westlake, Tonks, Duggan, Pierpoint, Dodd (Canavan 58), Broadhurst (Gater 75), Benbow, Archer (Knight 83), Brown.

UNUSED SUBSTITUTES: Scarr, Lait.

ATTENDANCE: 202.

SUPPORTERS' MAN OF THE MATCH: Jordan Archer.
