Black Country Belles 0 Stourbridge Ladies 3

The Ladies headed to Birmingham yesterday to play third in the league, Black Country Belles. With being just one place below the Ladies, it was clear that it was a vital game to win.

The conditions were terrible, with torrential rain causing a heavy pitch. Despite this, Stourbridge were able to win positively at 3 goals to none and therefore promotion is a virtual certainty. The goals were scored by Kat Fryzer, Georgia Harris and Sarah Lojko. Next week, the ladies will play away against Walsall Development Swifts in hope of securing another win.
