It was a below-par performance from the Ladies after falling behind early in the game, and it saw their five-match winning run come to an end.
Despite a lively opening from Stourbridge, it was Gornal who grabbed an early lead when Natalie Barnes's free kick fell for former Stourbridge striker Sarah Lojko to fire home and thereafter Stourbridge struggled to find much in response.
It took until the hour mark for Gornal to add to their lead, when Paige Bennett could only parry Kirsty Dixon's shot, allowing Rachel Letford to react quickest and slam the ball in.
And the game was made safe with virtually the last action as Kelly Shirley's 20 yard effort rounded off the scoring.
Stourbridge drop to fifth place after the defeat, whilst Gornal climb to the top of the table.
