Twice Coventry led before the break, before Stour pulled away in the second half , thanks to yet another hat-trick from Amy Botfish and two goals from Dani Ranger (pictured above).
Stour were behind early in the game, but Ranger quickly levelled things up as she beat her full back before firing in off the post.
Coventry went back ahead through a needlessly conceded free kick and had Stour rattled for a while before Botfish's neat finish shortly before the break made it all square again.
Some stern words at the interval from manager Andy Fisher had the desired effect, and Botfish's cross from the right two minutes into the second half forced a Coventry defender to miscue into her own goal.
Ahead for the first time, Stour went on to dominate. Botfish lobbed the home keeper for her second and then slotted home for her third hat-trick in as many games to make it 5-2.
Coventry stuck at it with a long-range strike seeing them pull one back, but Ranger had the final word as her late run to the back post saw her finish well.
The Glassgirls remain sixth in the West Midlands League Division 1 South table.
